I got this to help treat a chronic pain in my shoulder that I attribute to overuse of the nearby connective tissue. So far collagen seems to help that but I do wish that they put more information about what is in the digestive blend. I like to know what I am putting into my body since the whole point of purchasing this supplement is to feel better.
